Hightail Fancy Ladies Road Ride 3

Our Fancy Ladies Road Ride is... well... FANCY! Because we don't always want campfires, swags and pub meals. We will spend two days riding the most flowing and picturesque roads that the beautiful Sunshine Coast Hinterland has to offer, and then return to our stunning accommodation each evening.

Like all Jemma Wilson ladies events, the socialising will be just as important as the riding. I will strive to create a welcoming environment for all you ladies. We will ride, ride, ride and then settle in around the pool, with a great view, even better food and drinks and the best company!

All roads we travel will be tar and nothing crazy. The ride will be designed so that each rider can travel their own comfortable pace and enjoy the ride and the scenery.

About the Event

FRIDAY 9TH - SATURDAY 11TH SEPTEMBER 2022

Your ticket is all-inclusive:

- Lead rider, tail rider & prepared route utilising the best tar roads on offer (Sat&Sun)

- Beautiful accommodation

- Friday night BBQ

- Private Chef on Saturday night

- Young Henrys beer, cider and gin

- Breakfasts

- Saturday lunch at a secret location

- Sunday High Tea at Secrets on the Lake

 

What you need:

A registered bike and licence. We won't be highway riding, so trailbikes are not 'out' however you will need a road tyre.


Basic Schedule:

- Friday -
Arrive anytime after 4pm.

- Saturday -
250-ish kms. Early start to beat the heat and get back to the pool.

- Sunday -
130-ish kms. Sleep in. Shorter ride. 'Cya later' High Tea.


Accommodation

We will spend two nights at Woody Grove Retreat Annex. I recommend riding to the accommodation (not trailering etc) as all you will need is a backpack with a few summer clothes.

Terms and Conditions
Cancellation received before August 1, 2022 will receive a full refund minus a $30 admin fee.

Cancellations made on or after August 1 will only receive a refund if I am able to re-sell the ticket.

There is no opportunity to 'on-sell' your tickets. If you cannot come and know someone who would like to take your place, we can organise a new ticket for them, and a refund for you (minus admin fees). Any on-sale of tickets will not be recognised at the event.

COVID
NOTE: Jemma Wilson Events will follow all laws and regulations surrounding COVID-19 safety and immunisation.If you are not vaccinated and the laws surrounding outdoor activities and vaccinations change between when you book your ticket and the event, you will receive a full refund. If COVID-19 hinders the running of the event, there will also be a full refund to all attendees.
