Two days and two nights of coaching, camping, and good company.
Who are these weekends for?
All ladies over the age of 18 who have a bike. There is no minimum ability level, no maximum age, and it doesn’t matter what bike you’ve got. We will spend the weekend, covering the basics and making you feel INCREDIBLY comfortable on your bike!
FIRST TIMER WEEKENDS (QLD & VIC)
Camp Outs 27 and 28 will be aimed at those riders who have not done much coaching before, or have not done any in a long time. They will focus on all the 'basic' riding techniques that every rider needs to be safe, use less energy and not crash as often. 😊
RETURN RIDER WEEKENDS (QLD & VIC)
Camp Outs 26 and 29 will be designed to cater to those of you who have attended Camp Outs or other coaching events with me or other coaches in the recent past. In these weekends we will brush over those 'basic' riding techniques, as a reminder of all the good stuff you need to know but will then move onto more advanced techniques and obstacles.
ALL RIDERS WEEKEND (NSW)
Our event at Monkerai will cater to both groups of riders. I don't have as big a customer base in NSW so there aren't the numbers to spread across two weekends. But don't stress, if you are a beginner or an advanced rider, you will have the most wonderful time learning at your level (at this EPIC property!)
What is the weekend about?
The Camp Outs are a coaching event, where you will learn what and how when it comes to riding offroad.
I (Jemma Wilson) am a 5-Time World Enduro Champion and a 4 time Australian Offroad Champion and work with other leading riders and coaches. I know what it takes to be competitive, but just as importantly, what it means to step outside your comfort zone, in a fun non-intimidating environment.
Coaching is such an easy way to get so much knowledge and confidence on a bike, in just one weekend! The weekend covers; basic riding techniques (standing position, braking and cornering); offroad obstacles (jumps, logs and hills); and the best ways to load/unload your bike and some maintenance tips.
And the best part is, each person can work at their own level, which no pressure, in a really inspiring ladies only environment.

What not to bring:
The weekend is designed to inspire you ladies to have the confidence to do it on your own. So, leave the support crew at home, and what you can’t do on your own, we’ll help with.
I don’t think I’m good enough:
If you can ride in a straight line, and have an ‘I can do it’ attitude, the Fox Camp Out will be one of the best experiences you’ve ever had. Every event brings together a mix of ladies from all ability levels and backgrounds and always so many newbies who are poo-ing themselves with nerves. But you cannot beat the ladies only environment, and in fact, the best time to get in and do some coaching is when you are newbie. It is easier to learn when you don’t have old bad habits.
I’ve been riding for a long time, will I get anything out of the weekend:
Absolutely, I raced offroad for 15 years and was always learning. Everytime I spend time with other coaches and go riding with other riders I learn something new! I guarantee that you will learn heaps from a Camp Out. I also guarantee that you will meet wonderful women, have a great time and make some new friends!
We want to provide women with the confidence and ability to load up and go riding with no stress!
